Gremolata
Try this traditional Italian garnish sprinkled over Osso Bucco and other dishes to add a fresh flavor.
| 2 tsp lemon peel, grated |
| 1/2 tsp fresh garlic, very finely chopped |
| 2 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped |
Combine all ingredients and sprinkle over finished dish just before serving.
