Maple and Brown Sugar Grilled Pineapple

1/3 cup maple syrup
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1 Tbsp brown sugar
Pinch DLM Ground Cardamom
1/4 tsp DLM Ground Cinnamon
1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into spears or rounds
2 Tbsp Jack’s Grill Grapeseed Oil
Sea Salt

Combine maple syrup, butter, brown sugar, cardamom, and cinnamon in a heavy medium saucepan over high heat; stirring occasionally until butter is melted. Reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Brush pineapple with grapeseed oil and sprinkle lightly with sea salt. Grill over medium-high heat until a deep golden brown, brushing maple glaze on each side

during last minute of cooking. Drizzle with remaining syrup and serve.
