Lamb Marinade

Adapted from The Way to Cook by Julia Child

2 large cloves garlic
1/2 tsp coarse salt
2 Tbsp DLM Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1½ Tbsp fresh rosemary (or 1½ tsp dried)
2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Crush the garlic into a small bowl and mash to a paste with the salt. Whisk in mustard, soy sauce, herbs, lemon juice, and then the oil to make a mayonnaise-like cream.
