Hot Chicken and Artichoke Dip

Adapted from 365 Ways to Cook Chicken

2 cups DLM Chicken, cooked and chopped
(1) jar DLM Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano, shredded
1 garlic clove, crushed
Dash of Cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into a buttered gratin (baking dish). Bake until mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
