Mediterranean Waldorf Salad

2 apples, chopped
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup celery, sliced
2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
1/2 cup dates, chopped
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup pistachios, coarsely chopped

Gently toss chopped apples and lemon juice and combine with remaining ingredients.
