Asparagus Guacamole

Recipe from From Asparagus to Zucchini

2 cups cooked asparagus, chopped
2 Tbsp plain yogurt or sour cream
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp green onion, minced
2 Tbsp tomato salsa
1 Tbsp cilantro, minced
1 tsp garlic, minced and pressed to a paste
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Pureé asparagus, yogurt, and lime juice in food processor or blender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers. Makes 1¾ cups.
