Mashed Sweet Potatoes

A traditional dish, just like mother or grandmother used to make

2 lbs sweet potatoes
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp bouillon
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Cook the potatoes in their skins in boiling salted water until tender (about 25 to 35 minutes). While still hot, peel and mash. Place in a saucepan and beat in the remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until heated through. Makes 6 servings
