DLM Petto di Tacchino

1 DLM Petto di Tacchino (Italian-style turkey breast)
2 Tbsp Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350F. Place roast in a small roasting pan or on appropriate baking sheet. Drizzle liberally with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 160F (about 15 minutes per pound).

Remove from oven and let rest for at least 10 minutes. Cut into thin slices and serve.
