Smoked Turkey and Apple Salad

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tsp DLM Ground Ginger, optional
2 Tbsp flat-leaf parsley, minced
2 Tbsp shallots, minced
2 cups smoked turkey, cubed
1 medium Granny Smith apple, diced
2 cups multicolored pasta, cooked
1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
3/4 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1/2 cup Stilton cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup toasted walnut pieces
1/2 cup chiffonade of arugula

In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, salt, pepper, ginger, parsley, and shallot. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours before serving.
