Greek Burgers

(1) 10-oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
1 egg white
1½ Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
3/4 lb DLM Natural Beef Ground Chuck
3/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped

Combine the spinach, egg white, lemon juice, and pepper in a bowl. Add ground chuck, cheese, and mint; mix lightly. Form into 1/2-inch thick patties. Grill to an internal temperature of 160°F (about 5 minutes per side). Serve in hamburger buns with Cucumber Dil Sauce (see recipe).
