Great for brunch, lunch, or dessert!
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled
2 tsp unsalted butter
2 tsp sugar
(1) 8-oz pkg Boboli®
4 Tbsp walnuts, chopped (optional)
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 450°F. Slice apple into thin slices. In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sugar and cook without stirring, until melted. Add apples, and stir to coat. Cook, stirring frequently, until apples are tender but not limp, about 5 minutes.
Place Boboli® on a cookie sheet. Arrange apples in a fan shape on each crust. Top with walnuts, if desired. Sprinkle with cheese over entire Boboli®. Bake approximately 6 to 8 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
