Enough marinade for up to 3 pounds of flank steak.
1/2 cup Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 cup lime juice (about 2 large limes)
180 ml Salsa Romesco
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Whisk all ingredients together. Pour marinade into a large zip-top bag. Add steak to bag and seal. Marinate in refrigerator at least 24 hours.
