Easy Marinated Chicken

4 DLM Chicken whole breasts
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/4 tsp minced lemon zest
1 Tbsp Aunt Mary's Italian White Wine Vinegar
2 tsp fresh oregano leaves
1 Tbsp minced fresh Italian parsley leaves
1 Tbsp salad oil
3 Tbsp Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Combine garlic, lemon zest, vinegar, and herbs. Whisk in oils in a slow, steady stream. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Marinate at least 4 hours or up to 24. Cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165°F.
