Lemon Thyme Pork Marinade

Enough for one pound of pork.

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp lemon zest
1/4 cup fresh thyme leaves
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

In a small bowl, combine juice, zest, thyme, onion, salt, and pepper. Whisk in oil. Makes 1 1/4 cups
