Apple Orange Slaw

A winning recipe from DLM's Healthy Alternative Recipe Contest. Submitted by Nancy Strange.

1 cups finely shredded cabbage
(1) 10.25-oz can mandarin oranges, drained
1 medium Red Delicious apple, cored and diced
1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 Tbsp brown sugar

Place cabbage, mandarin oranges, and apple in a medium bowl and toss gently to mix. Combine yogurt and brown sugar and stir. Pour into cabbage mixture and mix well.Makes 4 servings
