Dressed Baked Orange Roughy

1 lbs orange roughy fillets
4 cups fresh bread crumbs, preferably whole wheat
1/4 cup minced onion
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 Tbsp butter, melted
3 to 4 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, preferably fresh grated

Preheat oven to 400F. Place the fillets in a single layer in a lightly oiled, shallow baking dish. Combine bread crumbs, onion, lemon juice, marjoram, salt, pepper, and butter in a bowl and mix well. Top the fish with this mixture and sprinkle Parmesan over all. Bake at 400F for about 15 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes when tested with a fork.Makes 4 servings
