Dressed Baked Orange Roughy

1½ lbs orange roughy fillets
4 cups fresh bread crumbs, preferably whole wheat
1/4 cup minced onion
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 Tbsp butter, melted
3 to 4 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, preferably fresh grated

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the fillets in a single layer in a lightly oiled, shallow baking dish. Combine bread crumbs, onion, lemon juice, marjoram, salt, pepper, and butter in a bowl and mix well. Top the fish with this mixture and sprinkle Parmesan over all. Bake at 400°F for about 15 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes when tested with a fork.Makes 4 servings
