Pork and Sauerkraut

2 lbs sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 medium red potato, peeled and grated
1 medium tart apple, peeled and grated
1 medium onion, peeled and grated
2 tsp caraway seeds
4 lbs duBreton Natural Pork Ribs, Chops, or Sausage

Combine the sauerkraut, potato, apple, onion, and caraway seeds. Place in an ovenproof casserole; top with ribs, chops, or sausage. Bake at 325°F, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours.
