Easy Sweet Potato Casserole

3 medium sweet potatoes (boiled and mashed)
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp orange juice
Pinch of salt

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbsp chopped pecans

In a mixer, combine warm sweet potatoes and butter. Add orange juice and salt. Mix until smooth. Pour into a greased 1-quart casserole dish. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Add pecans. Sprinkle mixture on top of potatoes. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until topping is brown; or microwave for 4 minutes on high or until hot.
