Grilled Marinated Swordfish

(2) 8-oz swordfish steaks
1/2 cup lime juice (3 to 4 limes)
Grated zest of 1 lime
2 cloves garlic, minced
1½ tsp grated fresh ginger root
1/4 cup Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Combine ingredients for marinade, and pour over fish. Marinate for as little as 15 minutes or as long as 25 minutes. Lift steaks out of marinade, and broil or grill 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
