Tangy Fruit Salad

A dressed-up fruit salad with a tangy dressing!

2 cups cantaloupe chunks
1 cup honeydew melon chunks
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup kiwi slices
1 cup red grapes
2 Tbsp canola oil
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp orange juice
1 Tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
1 tsp poppy seeds
2 tsp Dijon mustard

Place fruit in a large bowl. Whisk together remaining ingredients. Toss with fruit. (Can be made ahead. Refrigerate fruit adn dressing separately; combine right before serving.)Makes 6 to 8 servings
