How to Prepare Lobster Tails

Make a splash with a sublime dinner at home with cold-water, wild-caught lobster tail. It’s easier to prepare than you may think.

Step 1: Make cuts in upper shell to expose the tail meat.

Step 2: Place on a baking sheet, with the side where meat is exposed facing up, and fan tail to lay flat.

Step 3: Brush with melted butter.

Step 4: Bake 10-12 minutes at 400°F, or until lobster meat is opaque.
