Caribbean Coleslaw Gluten Free
This is great served with pork chops.
(1) 1-lb bag classic coleslaw
1 fresh pineapple, cut into tidbits
4 green onions, finely sliced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup sunflower kernels, roasted and salted
1 fresh lime, juiced
1/4 cup Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tbsp DLM 100% Pure Honey
2 tsp sesame oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper; pour over coleslaw.
