Avocado/Yogurt Dip with Cumin

Adapted from Cooking Light

3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
3 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp jalapeño pepper, finely chopped and seeded
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
3 ripe avocados, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
