Foley's Marinade for Swordfish

1 cup Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 shallots, finely chopped
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup white wine
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Dash of Tabasco sauce

Combine all ingredients. Place swordfish in a glass dish and pour marinade over fish. Marinate 20 minutes in the refrigerator, turning fish several times.
