1/4 cup honey, or to taste
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Using a zigzag pattern, cut tops off oranges. Hollow out and reserve fruit. Set orange shells in muffin cups so they won't topple over. Squeeze and strain orange juice. Set aside. Cook honey and water in a small saucepan over low heat until slightly thickened, about 15 minutes. Add orange juice and lemon juice to mixture. Fill oranges and freeze.
Note to Mom: You can add 3 Tbsp Grand Marnier to the mixture and serve them at your next dinner party.
