Minced Thai Basil Stir-Fry

3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1½ Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp Serrano, Thai, or Jalapeño Chilies, chopped
1 lb DLM Natural Ground Beef
1 small onion, sliced thin
1½ cups fresh basil leaves
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
4 Tbsp fish sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp white pepper
Steamed rice
Garnishes: Ground, Dry Roasted Peanuts, Cilantro, or Basil and Mint, roughly chopped

Heat wok or sauté pan over high heat and add oil. Add garlic and chilies. Add beef and stir fry for a couple of minutes. Add onions and basil leaves, stir for 1 minute. Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and white pepper and stir-fry until cooked. Garnish with additional herbs and dust with peanuts, if desired. Serve with steamed rice.
