Lemon Dill Arctic Charr

1 12-oz piece of Arctic Charr
1 tsp Vera Jane’s Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp coarse ground black pepper
1/2 tsp DLM Lemon Dill Artisan Butter

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the charr, skin side down, on a baking sheet. Coat the flesh with oil, and season with salt and pepper. Dollop DLM Lemon Dill Butter on top of the fish, and bake for 15 minutes uncovered. When finished, let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
