Sesame Ginger Chicken Satay

These skewers of chicken can be served warm or cold.

12 DLM Chicken Tenders
¾ cup Maple Grove Farms Sesame Ginger Dressing, plus additional for basting
12 wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Place the chicken and the dressing in a zip-top bag. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Thread the chicken onto the skewers. Grill the chicken for about 4 minutes, turn, baste with dressing and continue grilling until done, about 3 to 4 more minutes. Serve immediately with dipping sauce or refrigerate.
