Blueberry Flax Bake

1 pint fresh blueberries cleaned, rinsed, and blotted dry
1 1/2 cup The Toasted Oat Blueberry+Flax Granola, finely crumbled
DLM Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Nielsen-Massey Vanilla
1 cup Whole Milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp butter, melted then cooled to room temperature

Pour clean blueberries into a greased 8X8 dish. Lightly coat blueberries with cinnamon; sprinkle with the finely crumbled granola on top.

In separate bowl, whisk eggs, combine with milk, vanilla, and cooled melted butter. Pour liquid ingredients over the blueberry granola mixture.

Bake at 350° for 30-45 min. Check at 30 minutes for desired texture.
