Sage Butter Sauce with Pumpkin Gnocchi

1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
15 to 20 fresh sage leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Silano Pumpkin Gnocchi, cooked according to package directions
Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano

In a skillet melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Allow the butter to start to brown a bit. Add in sage leaves and remove from the heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.



Toss the cooked gnocchi in the butter sauce. Garnish with Parmigiano-Reggiano. Serve immediately.
