Tavern Wing Sauce

8 Tbsp Louisiana Hot Sauce
8 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 1/2 Tbsp Tavern Vinegar Co. Single Origin Doppel Bock Vinegar
1/4 tsp DLM Ground Cayenne Pepper
1/8 tsp DLM Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp DLM Worcestershire Sauce
Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Over low heat bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, and then turn off.

Pour the sauce over any cooked meat and toss with a spoon or spatula to completely coat.

Makes 1 Cup serving
