Cherry, Broccoli, and Cashew Salad Gluten Free
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp Aunt Vera's Italian Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 cup DLM Fancy Whole Cashews
1 head broccoli, cut into bites
8 oz dried cherries or cranberries
To prepare dressing, mix mayonnaise and sugar. Stir in red and white vinegar. This needs to be made and refrigerated a few hours before serving.
When you are ready to serve, mix broccoli, cashews, and cherries in bowl. Pour dressing on and mix.
