Cherry, Broccoli, and Cashew Salad
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp Aunt Vera's Italian Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 cup DLM Fancy Whole Cashews
8 oz dried cherries or cranberries
1 head broccoli, cut into bites
To prepare dressing, begin by mixing the mayonnaise and sugar. Stir in the red and white vinegar, and refrigerate a few hours before serving.
When you are ready to serve, combine the broccoli, cashews, and cherries in a bowl. Pour the dressing into the bowl and mix until the ingredients are coated.
