Bruschetta with Peach Salsa and Melted Brie–Gluten Free

2 cups peaches, peeled and chopped (about 4)
3/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
Dash of ground red pepper
1 Schär French Baguette, cut into thin slices
4 oz Brie cheese, chilled and cut into 24 pieces

Combine first 7 ingredients and set aside. Arrange bread slices in an even layer on a baking sheet and top each with 1 piece of cheese. Broil 3 minutes or until cheese melts and bread is toasted. Top each bread slice with about 1½ Tbsp salsa; serve immediately.
