Frozen Banana Pops
2 ripe medium bananas, peeled
3/4 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
2 Tbsp DLM Organic Peanut Butter
1/2 cup DLM Extra-Large Peanuts, chopped
4 popsicle sticks
Cut each banana in half. Insert a popsicle stick into each half where it was cut. Place on a plate, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze until firm (about 3 hours or overnight). Place chocolate chips in a glass measuring cup, and microwave on high for 1 minute; stir with a spoon.
Add the peanut butter and stir again. Microwave on high for 30 to 60 seconds longer, or until melted. Remove from microwave. Remove bananas from freezer; dip into the melted chocolate, rotating the bananas to coat. Smooth the coating all over with a table knife. Quickly roll each banana in chopped peanuts. To store, place banana pops in a plastic bag and return to freezer.
