Grilled Pineapple with Coconut Bliss Gluten Free

1 Tbsp dark agave nectar
1 Tbsp Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 ripe pineapple, peeled and sliced into 1-inch thick disks
Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream Coconut Bliss
Fresh mint sprig

Preheat grill. Stir agave and oil together until emulsified; brush onto pineapple slices. Grill for 2 minutes; turn and grill other side for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove and allow to cool slightly. Top with a scoop of Coconut Bliss. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
