Cashew Butter Chicken Gluten Free

2 tsp Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 lb DLM Chicken Tenders (cut into bite-size pieces)
1 Tbsp DLM Organic Cashew Butter
2 Tbsp Kikkoman Gluten Free Soy Sauce
1 lime (juice and zest)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp ginger root, minced
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp Sriracha chili sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup DLM Whole Cashews
2 green onions, chopped

Heat oil in a pan. Add the chicken and sauté until cooked, about 4 to 7 minutes. Mix the cashew butter, soy sauce, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, chili sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl. Toss the chicken and cilantro in the cashew butter sauce to coat. Serve on salad, rice, or pasta and garnish with cashews and green onions.
