Grape Truffles

(1) 5.3-oz container of Soignon Plain Goat Cheese
1 lb red seedless grapes, washed and dried
4 oz DLM Colossal Pistachios, finely ground

It works best if you wear plastic gloves. Place a small amount of goat cheese in the palm of your hand (approximately 1/2–1 Tbsp), depending upon the size of your grape. Place the grape next to it and move your palms together in a circular motion until the entire grape is covered with the goat cheese. Next, roll the cheese-covered grapes in the pistachio. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and keep refrigerated. You can enjoy them chilled or at room temperature.
