Mango Chicken

Adapted from

4 DLM Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
Salt and pepper
1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Mango Salsa
Peppers and mangos for garnish, optional

Preheat oven to 375°F. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with the salsa and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through (juices should run clear). Serve over rice or couscous with peppers and mangos, if desired.
