Ricemellow S'More Bars

3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup margarine
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed mixed with 6 Tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp Suzanne's Organic Blackstrap Molasses
1½ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1½ cups Suzanne's Ricemellow Crème
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Grease 8-inch pan and preheat oven to 350°F. Cream sugar and margarine; add flax/water mixture, vanilla, and molasses. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add dry ingredients to margarine and blend well. Pat half the dough into pan. Sprinkle chips evenly over dough. Spread Ricemellow Crème over chips. Take remaining dough by handfuls, pat into flat rounds, and place atop Ricemellow Crème in evenly spaced sections (they will join together in the oven). Bake 25 mintues.
