3 ripe avocados
4 Tbsp fresh lime juice
3 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
Salt to taste (optional)

Cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit. Using a spoon, scoop out the insides, and discard the peel. Using a fork, mash avocado and mix in remaining ingredients until blended. Serve.
