Spicy Chicken Salad

Adapted from Robert Rothschild Farm

3½ cups DLM Air-Chilled Chicken, cooked, diced, or shredded
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup pineapple, diced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
(1) 10.5-oz jar Rothschild Farm Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Dip
1/4 tsp salt
Feta cheese, optional
Walnuts, chopped, optional

Combine all ingredients, mix well, and chill. Serve on a croissant or warm pita bread. Garnish with either feta or walnuts.
