Fire and Ice Dipping Sauce

Adapted from 365 Great Barbeque & Grilling Recipes

1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 scallions, coarsely chopped
2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed (or 1 tsp dried)
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
3/4 cup cilantro, loosely packed
Salt and freshly ground white pepper

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Purée until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
