Mexicali Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 envelope (4 tablespoons) taco seasoning
  • Salsa, optional

Directions:

Rub pork chops on both sides with taco seasoning. Heat non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush pan with oil. Reduce heat to medium, and cook pork chops for 6 – 8 minutes, turning once, until evenly browned. Top with salsa, if desired, and serve.
