Easy Chicken Pie

Quick, easy and delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Healthy Request
  • Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup diced, cooked chicken
  • 1.5 cups mixed vegetables (fresh or frozen - no thawing necessary)
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/3 cup milk

Directions:

In a 1.5 quart glass casserole dish combine soup, 1/4 cup milk, chicken and vegetables. Combine biscuit mix and 1/3 cup milk. Drop biscuit topping by spoonfuls onto chicken mixture to cover. Bake, uncovered, at 450ºF for 25 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
