Black Bean Spread

Ingredients:
- (1) 15-oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice (from 1 lime)
- 1 Tbsp Vera Jane’s Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 to 1 tsp minced fresh garlic
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
- Pinch of salt
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
Place first eight ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl and stir in cilantro. Makes about 1½ cups
