Sautéed Apples

Ingredients:
- 6 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup white or brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
Directions:
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in the apples. Cover
until the apples steam. Sprinkle with sugar and salt. Cook uncovered over
low heat until apples are tender. Add additional butter, if desired.
Makes 6 servings
