Halibut With Thyme

Ingredients:
- 2 skinless halibut fillets, 8 oz each
- 4 oz Delouis fils fresh mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 clove garlic, minced (1 tsp minced)
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 4 thin lemon slices, cut in half
- Thyme sprigs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Butter an 8" x 8" baking dish. Combine
mayonnaise, thyme, and garlic. Salt and pepper fillets on both sides. Slather
some of the mayonnaise mixture on bottom of the fillets, and place in baking
dish. Continue to spread the mixture on the top and sides of the halibut.
Arrange 4 slices of lemon on top of each fillet. Bake 15-20 minutes or until
done. Garnish with thyme sprigs, if desired.
