Southwestern Fish Soup

Ingredients:
- 1 lb cod
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- (1) 15-oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Directions:
Cut fish into 1-inch boneless cubes. In a medium saucepan combine the cod,
water, salsa, beans, corn, and cumin; heat just to boiling. Simmer 5 minutes.
Top with cilantro.
Serve with sour cream, crushed tortilla chips, and shredded mozzarella cheese,
if desired.
