Strawberry Cheesecake

The White Stilton with Strawberries enhances the flavor
of this no-bake cheesecake!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup finely crushed gingersnap crumbs (We prefer Swedish Kitchen
Gingersnap Cookies)
- 4 Tbsp melted unsalted butter
- (1) 8-oz jar DLM Strawberry Preserves
- 5 oz Creamy White Stilton with Strawberries
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- Strawberries, sliced
- Whipped Cream (optional)
Directions:
Mix together the crumbs and the butter. Press into the bottom and sides of
an 8-inch pie pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Spread 1/2 of the
preserves over the crust.
Blend the Stilton, cream cheese, and sugar in the mixer. Spread over the
preserves. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Top with remaining jam and sliced
berries. Chill until serving time. Top with dollops of whipped cream, if desired.
Makes 6 to 8 servings
